A booking request does not reserve your date. Your date is secured after Kay’s Cake Studio confirms availability and receives the required payment.

Reference photos guide the design. Handmade details, colors, and finishes may vary, and exact replicas are not guaranteed.
Rush orders
Short-notice orders may require a rush fee and depend on availability. Submit your request as early as possible for the best options.
Arrival & event timing
Accurate venue access and start-time details are required. Delays or last-minute schedule changes may affect setup and service time.
Cancellations & refunds
Custom work and reserved dates require advance preparation. Payments and deposits may be nonrefundable once work or purchasing has begun.

For me, the fun is in the details—the colors, the finishing touches, and the way everything comes together. My goal is for you to open your cake box, smile, and feel just as excited about the first bite as you are about the design.
